Parking Included

Yes 2-3 spaces (3 if compact) - NO Parking on the street in front of the house - it is for Hampton residents with a sticker only and you will be given $100 fine - strictly enforced in the summer!

Walking, Bikes, Scooters and Skate Boards are a great way to explore Hampton Beach

Additional rules
We strive to provide you with an exceptional stay and ask that when you use and leave our home that you treat it the way you would your own or a family members home. While you stay, we require that you follow some basic house rules:
Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
No group gatherings or parties
No overnight guests other than the original number of people noted at time of booking
Bath Towels are NOT for Beach Use or Cleaning spills.
No Smoking or Vaping in the house ($400 cleaning fee) - If outside, All butts to be discarded safely in the trash outside, no on the ground ($25 charge)
No trash or cigarette butts left outside
Bring trash toters to street on Friday and Monday mornings before 7am
Leave towels in tub and used sheets on floor of bedroom at end of stay.
Empty all food you brought from cabinets and refrigerator and wash dirty dishes prior to check-out
No food in bedrooms
Owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items, damage to your personal property while staying.
No subletting the house to other guests and the party who booked the stay must be present all nights and be the last one to leave at checkout so you can verify that the home was left in satisfactory condition.
For safety, It is recommended that small children not be allowed to sleep on top bunks - use at your own risk.

Payment Policy

50% Payment in full is required at booking (stay plus security deposit and cleaning fee)

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

100% of amount paid within 48 Hour of Booking, 50% of amount paid after 48hours. No Refund if Cancelled within 45 days of arrival. **Cleaning Fee is fully refundable for all cancellations**

Notes

YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL Rental Agreement is signed and emailed back to me along with a copy of a current valid Government Issued ID. If not received within 48 hours of booking your reservation will be cancelled and payment will be refunded (unless within 45 days of arrival)
$250.00 refundable security deposit is due 7 days prior to your stay
