Enjoy 150' private water frontage and dock on Back Lake, direct Ride the Wild Trail access & snowmobile trails (via lake), fishing, hunting, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, snowshoeing, bird and moose watching. Public boat launch and sandy beach just down the road. ATV/UTV, Boat & Snowmobile rentals minutes away - a real nature lovers paradise! Comfortably sleeps 10+ and is dog friendly. Several top restaurants are just a few minutes drive.

Children are welcome - children under 6 are not advised to sleep on top bunks - use at own risk. Children must be supervised near water / dock.
There is an assortment of games and coloring items at the house.

Pets are allowed

Up to 2 dogs allowed with additional $35 per dog fee- must provide copy of current rabies vaccinations & guest is responsible for waste cleanup from yard.

No smoking allowed

No Smoking or Vaping of any type is allowed in the house or near open windows.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 12

House Rules

No Smoking allowed in the house - all butts, etc. must be discarded safely - an additional $25 cleaning fee will be assessed for butts left on the ground.
Quite Hours: 10pm-7am
Parking: In designated Driveway area only - to avoid damage to septic / leach bed and landscaping
Trash: Place all trash in dumpster provided.
No Pets unless specifically agreed, required documents provided & pet fee paid
No guests exceeding the amount noted on the reservation
Campfires: are allowed but you must call Pittsburg FD to see if conditions allow burning that day. Guest assumes responsibility for any and all damages caused to landscape / house, etc. while burning. Guest is responsible to ensure fire is out completely before leaving unattended.

Payment Policy

100% is due at booking including taxes & security deposit or reservation may be cancelled. Preferred Payment: You may pay via credity card on Houfy (stripe) Venmo or Paypal (you may pay with credit card or bank through these apps)

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

Notes

Valid Government issued ID must be emailed or texted before booking is confirmed. Rental Agreement is attached - by completing the reservation, guest accepts all terms and conditions contained within this platform and within the rental agreement. Rental agreement should be signed / dated and returned via fax or email for your records. $250 security deposit is due via cc or venmo no later than 48 hours before arrival.
